Izzie spent years in architectural practice before pivoting to address the industry's most persistent challenge: its ability to communicate value.

Now working professionally as an architectural communications specialist, in her spare time she's become a leading advocate for Australian architecture and urbanism through her social media platforms.

By making educational content aimed at bridging the gap between architecture and the public, she hopes to inspire the next generation of designers to be louder in civic conversations.

Kevin Hui is the co-founder of Archimarathon, an architectural literacy platform teaching people how to see, understand, and experience architecture beyond images.

Over two decades he has taught at Australian universities, run a student mentorship program, led international architecture tours, and built a video series watched by an audience of nearly 900,000 across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

His approachable language and engaging style attracts a diverse audience of design professionals and enthusiasts, making architecture education accessible to everyone.

MEET THE ORGANISERS

Two industry leaders bringing together the first and only 2-day business + AI conference designed exclusively for architecture firms.

Aya Shlachter

CEO of MGS Global Group · Host of AI for Architects and Architect My Business Podcasts
Industry leader serving 200+ architecture firms

Nikita Morell

Architecture Messaging Strategist
Founder of Nikita Morell + DIRT
Trusted by 200+ firms globally

Aya and Nikita are tired of theory-heavy architecture conferences. (You know, those where everyone’s present… but really just there to collect LUs / CPD points.)

So instead they’re bringing actionable business strategy and practical AI together, so your firm can get ahead and stay ahead.

THE SCHEDULE • TWO DAYS, 15 SESSIONS

What You’ll Learn

Learn from experts at the very top of their game.

They’ll teach you what's working now to grow your practice.

We’ve curated two days around the topics architecture firm owners can’t afford to ignore - profit, positioning, people, systems, AI, business development and the future of practice.

Unlike most conferences, you won’t have to choose between sessions you actually want to attend. The schedule is built without conflicts, so you can go to every talk, workshop and panel.

Talks

Shorter talks. Longer Q&As. No more than 10 slides.

Every talk is designed to get to the point quickly, then open up the conversation so you can ask questions and get personalised feedback.

Workshops

Our workshops are where ideas get useful.

These are hands-on sessions designed to help you test new thinking, challenge old habits, and apply practical tools to your own firm.

Honest panels

Expect spicy, honest conversations about the realities of running, growing and future-proofing an architecture firm.

The kind of conversations you’ll still be thinking about weeks months after the event.

Make meaningful connections with cool people

(no jerks allowed!)

The vibe of Archicon is very friendly and welcoming. We want you to feel safe to voice your opinions, express your ideas and connect with lots of like-minded architects.

We’re an introvert-friendly event. We’ll have lots of chill-out zones and opportunities to connect with people 1:1. And we promise not to force you to do any awkward, cringey ice-breakers.

YOU CAN’T MISS ARCHICON, HERE’S WHY…

1

Run a more profitable firm

From business development strategy to practical AI adoption, learn the exact systems and strategies used by successful global architecture practices.

2

Direct access to expert speakers

Hear from world-class industry leaders, then ask the questions that matter to your firm.

Longer Q&As mean you get to ask personalised questions relevant for your firm.

3

Room full of architects who run firms

Connect with principals, directors and industry leaders who are thinking seriously (and differently) about growth, AI, leadership, culture, clients, money and the future of architecture.
